Regional Transit Propensity, Service Standards, and Performance Monitoring - (Request for Proposals)
Provide comprehensive project management and coordination services for the entirety of the contract. Project management documents must be accessible to NITA and Service Board staff. These services shall include, but may not be limited to, maintaining project schedules, facilitating communication among project stakeholders, monitoring progress toward key milestones, coordinating technical activities, and ensuring that all tasks and deliverables are completed in accordance with the approved scope, timeline, and project objectives. Project management and coordination activities shall include: Develop a project work plan and schedule. Coordinate and schedule weekly meetings with the internal project team, comprised of NITA and the awarded contractor. See attached file.
