The work includes coordination with CDOT Region 3, an assessment of traffic data, crash history, intersection geometry and the parcel, and development and evaluation of three concepts addressing intersection layout, pedestrian and bicycle safety, parking and transit, and access management. A final report will recommend a preferred scenario to guide future CDOT engineering and investment; construction and engineering design are not included.
