Description: INDOT is seeking one consultant to deliver project-development and professional design services for an approximately 8.6-mile SR 55 corridor in Lake County, including four intersections, pavement reconstruction, safety improvements, drainage and culvert work, pedestrian improvements, and ADA upgrades. The assignment also covers project management, engineering reports, corridor and intersection surveys, NEPA documentation, public involvement, permits, right-of-way engineering and acquisition services, utility coordination, and construction-plan preparation.
