RFP27-010 Kachemak Selo CMGC

Description: The Kenai Peninsula Borough seeks qualified firms to provide CM/GC services for the Kachemak Selo project, including preconstruction work in collaboration with the Borough and the design team. Services include constructability reviews, cost estimating and scheduling, value engineering, and development of a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP). If the Borough accepts and authorizes the GMP, the selected CM/GC may also provide the project’s full construction services.
