Provide a variety of special inspection services including but not limited to, materials testing and inspection; structural reinforcement, anchorage, and seismic resistance; and hazardous materials assessment as they relate to the California Building Code (CBC), local ordinances, project-specific contract documents and any other state, federal and industry standards. Interested consultants should clearly indicate in their statement of interest their experience level with each of the listed project types. Consultants need not have experience with all project types to be considered. Firms may submit qualifications for a single service category, a combination of categories, or the full scope of services.
