Jail Contract Food Services (Request For Proposal)

Description: To consider contracting with one (1) vendor to provide Jail food services. All food must be prepared inside the Jail's kitchen to feed the housed inmate population. Responsibilities include managing a 28-day menu rotation, handling specialized medical and religious diets, coordinating quality control, and overseeing safety and sanitation standards. Additionally, the vendor will manage jail commissary operations, providing monthly commissions to the County at a rate of 40% of Adjusted Gross Sales.
