Columbia Parkway & Riverside Drive Designbuild Landslide Corrections (Request for Proposal)

Description: DESIGN-BUILD verify existing conditions and available project information at both project locations and identify any additional information necessary to complete the design. Provide all required professional design services through appropriately licensed and qualified design professionals. Develop calculations, plans, specifications, reports, cost information, permit documents, and other deliverables required by the owner's project criteria and reviewing authorities. Coordinate and obtain all permits and approvals assigned to the design-builder under the contract documents. Construct the landslide stabilization improvements shown or described in the contract documents and complete all associated site restoration
