Provide the NPA with recommendations and guidance as to best practices for issuance of bonds and/or bond anticipation notes. Prepare Bond Resolutions or other documents related to issuance of bonds. Work with the NPA’s financial advisors, auditors, counsel, parking consultant or other professionals and staff to determine and implement the NPA’s bonding needs.
