B21_2026 SMART SCALE - SAFETY IMPROVEMENTS

Description: The Virginia Department of Transportation seeks a prequalified contractor to build safety improvements on Route 340 from Grandview Drive to 0.057 miles east of the County Waste Facility entrance in Warren County. The work includes clearing and grubbing, drainage pipe and structures, excavation, erosion-control measures, aggregate base and asphalt, and related traffic-control and pavement-marking work.
