The Virginia Department of Transportation seeks a prequalified contractor to build safety improvements on Route 340 from Grandview Drive to 0.057 miles east of the County Waste Facility entrance in Warren County. The work includes clearing and grubbing, drainage pipe and structures, excavation, erosion-control measures, aggregate base and asphalt, and related traffic-control and pavement-marking work. Bids must be submitted electronically through BidX, questions go through VDOT’s CABB, and the awarded work is to be completed by June 21, 2027.
