The requirement: Support to coordinate, monitor, and report on operational availability (Ao) and sustainment activities of deployed detection and surveillance technology along the nation’s northern, southern and coastal borders. The government will provide Government-furnished sustainment documentation, access roles, configuration baselines, and other Government-controlled information or approvals required for the contractor to coordinate service support and maintenance. The contractor shall provide the personnel, management, processes, facilities, tools, equipment, and technical resources necessary to perform BPTOC services, unless otherwise specified as Government-furnished in the applicable contract, delivery order, or task order.
