The objectives of the project are to: safely remove designated buildings and associated improvements. Protect and permanently stabilize all structures and features designated to remain. Salvage and reuse suitable historic brick and stone to close openings created by demolition. Separate and reconfigure affected electrical, water, sanitary sewer and other services. Restore cleared areas through backfill, grading, drainage, topsoil and sod. Provide separate pricing for the optional demolition of each building designated to remain under the base proposal.
