The Department of Veterans Affairs is issuing an intent-to-sole-source notice for A/E design refresh and construction-period services for the Community Living Center at the Richmond VA Medical Center, with negotiations planned with TRIPLE C-THE A & E GROUP LLC. The contractor would update the completed design package to current VA standards and develop an updated Independent Government Cost Estimate. Work also includes solicitation support and construction-period services such as answering technical questions, reviewing submittals, responding to requests for information, conducting site visits, and preparing record drawings.
