The District seeks to establish a Prequalified List of Contractors (PLC) for as-needed repair and emergency services for its wastewater infrastructure. Contractors on the list may also be eligible to bid on future projects under the District’s informal bidding procedures pursuant to UPCCAA, Public Contract Code §22034. This is a contractor qualification opportunity for future work, not a grant program.
