The U.S. Department of the Treasury, Office of Technical Assistance (OTA) is recruiting Infrastructure Finance Advisors under Personal Services Contracts on a competitive basis. Selected advisors will provide technical assistance to help emerging market governments develop financially sound infrastructure programs and Public-Private Partnership (P3) models, as well as direct financing where appropriate. This presolicitation is open and continuous, with responses accepted until approximately December 31, 2026 / January 1, 2027.

The U.S. Department of the Treasury's Office of Technical Assistance (OTA) is recruiting experienced revenue administration, tax, and customs professionals for global technical assistance assignments under Personal Services Contracts. Selected advisors will provide technical expertise to developing and transitional countries, with work scope involving tax audit, compliance risk management, dispute resolution, customs valuation, and digital revenue initiatives. Candidates must be U.S. citizens with at least ten years of relevant experience, willing to undergo international travel, and capable of obtaining a Secret security clearance and State Department medical clearance.
