Ardsley Union Free School District General Business Meeting
The Board conducted a general business meeting that included reports from the Superintendent and the Board President regarding capital projects and the Superintendent's contract extension. The Board performed annual reviews of the Code of Conduct, District Plan, and various Board policies. Several consent agenda items were approved, including the appointment of a representative to the SWSCHP Board of Governors, the destruction of election ballots, amendments to the Superintendent's contract, approval of field trips, science research consulting agreements, and special education preschool recommendations. Personnel actions including retirements, resignations, terminations, and various appointments were finalized. Furthermore, the Board approved compensation packages, facility rental rates, swimming program fees, and contracts for food services, physician coverage, and special education services, and authorized the disposal of obsolete district equipment.
