WITTMAN AIRPORT CONTROL TOWER CHILLER REPLACEMENT

Description: Winnebago County solicits sealed bids to remove and replace the Wittman Airport control tower’s chiller, including all labor, equipment and materials required to meet the technical specifications. A mandatory pre-bid meeting was held on November 18, 2025 at Gate #33 (3110 Knapp St, Oshkosh, WI), and bids must be submitted electronically through the County’s OpenGov procurement portal. Mosquito Lake Control Tower Roof Replacement
Replacement of the standing seam metal roof on the control tower building. The work includes rerouting existing vent and exhaust pipes through the masonry side wall, installing a new gutter system, and integrating a new, certified, non-penetrating Lightning Protection System. The work includes, but is not limited to, the following major components: Demolition and Disposal: Remove and legally dispose of the existing standing seam metal roof panel system, box gutter, scuppers, and lightning protection system down to the concrete roof slab. Chiller and Pump Replacement
Remove and replace existing two 245-ton chillers including the removal and replacement of four existing pumps, piping, valves, variable frequence drives, all power sources and miscellaneous mechanical equipment. Remove and replace two variable frequency drives. The Project will provide temporary chilled water during construction replacing the chillers and pumps for non-interruption of building operation, including temporary air-cooled chiller, pumps, valves, piping, and power for the duration of construction.

NAPLES CHILLER REPLACEMENT
The U.S. Embassy Rome issued a presolicitation for the replacement of the main chiller at the U.S. Consulate General in Naples, Italy. The project is estimated to cost between $250,000 and $500,000 and will be awarded as a firm fixed-price contract. Interested parties must be registered in SAM, and the government may award the contract based on initial offers without further discussion.
