The Department of the Interior, through the Interior Business Center Acquisition Services Directorate, seeks exclusive-use Type III helicopter flight services for wildland-fire operations in South Florida. The requirement covers 120 exclusive-use days per year from January 15 through May 15 over five one-year ordering periods (2027–2031), with about 75 flight hours annually and a $5 million contract ceiling. The contractor must supply the helicopter, qualified crew, and fuel-service vehicle for missions including fire suppression, prescribed fire, personnel transport, aerial ignition, search and rescue, and resource management.
