Description: 6-Floor, 122,344 GSF state-of-the-art climate-controlled self-storage facility administrative/office areas and 18-stall on-grade parking lot beneath structure. Project scope includes structural steel and reinforced concrete building structure with CMU walls, insulated metal panels and built-up TPO roof system over a reinforced concrete mat foundation. Interior construction includes all finishes, locker partitions, vertical transportation, specialties, MEP and low-voltage security & communications systems. Fire Protection System and Fire Alarm System scopes are to be Design-Build. Scope also includes exterior earthwork, site utilities and hardscapes/landscapes.

Erection of a metal building behind the Ag Building. Metal structure with concrete foundation. Roof and wall panels to be 26ga.. Roof to be minimum 3:12 pitch with molded ridge cap. Minimum eave height from finished slab elevation will be 16ft. Gutter and downspouts provided and installed by contractor, color to match Ag Building. Rough measurements 30’ W X 30’ L. One 12’W X 12’H commercial rollup doors with chains and hangers for lockout. One 3-0 x 7-0 commercial steel personnel doors. Provide shop drawings with specifications for columns, framework, trusses, and piers. All steel (red iron) construction. Alternate bid (see bid sheet) - pricing with other materials. Foundation to be minimum 4” thick and plans to be designed and provided by metal building supplier. Colquitt County will supply any soil needed to complete the job, but leveling and compaction will be the contractor’s responsibility. 3” vinyl backed insulation in roof and walls. Colors to match Ag Building (closest match possible).
