Terminal Modernization & Seismic Program Phase - Terminal - Early Release Package 2 (ERP2) (Request For Proposal)

Description: Construction enabling renovations scope to prepare for the seismic modernization of terminal b and other finish improvements to terminals a and c. Project includes selective demolition of structural and finish components for the existing building. The project includes a new entrance addition and existing building enclosure improvements as well as upgrades to the current mechanical, electrical and fire protection systems. The work includes the trades listed below: demolition, concrete, structural steel, support of excavation (shoring, piling and micro piling).
