Description: The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Department of General Services (DGS) is soliciting suppliers to submit qualifications for a statewide Invitation to Qualify (ITQ) for seed and fertilizer products; qualified suppliers may be awarded contracts and be eligible to respond to future Request for Quotes (RFQs). Suppliers must register as a PA Supplier and create a user profile in the JAGGAER portal; qualifications will only be accepted electronically through JAGGAER.
