Request for Proposals for Brown County Fair Sound, Lighting and Stage Equipment for the Grandstand Entertainment for the Years 2027, 2028, 2029, 2030 and 2031
Brown County is seeking a contractor to provide sound, lighting, and stage equipment for six days of Brown County Fair grandstand entertainment each year from 2027 through 2031, including the two-day Dacotah Stampede rodeo and four concert days. The contractor must deliver, set up, operate, and dismantle the equipment; provide a certified staging technician, forklift/telehandler operator, stagehands, and electrician; and cover crew lodging and meals. Sealed proposals are due by 8:45 a.m. on October 27, 2026, and the successful contractor must provide a performance bond equal to the contract price within ten days of award.
