RFP 2027-12 On-Call Traffic Engineering, Transportation Planning and Parking Utilization Consultant Services

Description: North Bergen seeks an on-call engineering consultant to perform traffic engineering, transportation planning, and parking-utilization work through task assignments, furnishing the labor, materials, equipment, and deliverables needed for each assignment. Work may include traffic-safety and roadway improvements, transportation planning and modeling, congestion management, intelligent transportation systems, parking studies, feasibility studies, traffic data collection, and Planning/Zoning Board reviews. Services are as needed and may require short-turnaround field and office work; the contract term is January 1 through December 31, 2027.
