Description: Clackamas County seeks proposals for School-Based Screening, Brief Intervention, and Referral to Treatment and Services for youth in up to three middle or high schools, under the direction of the Clackamas County Juvenile Department. The contractor will screen youth for mental-health or substance-use concerns, provide brief interventions and referrals, and offer family navigation and related support; locations include Gladstone High School, Gladstone Middle School, and another school designated by CCJD. The program is intended to support youth referred from designated schools and emphasize restorative-justice principles.
