Replace Active Vehicle Barrier (AVB) systems for the East Gate at the Joint Base Lewis-McChord (JBLM), Washington Access Control Point (ACP). RFP

Description: Replace active vehicle barrier (AVB) systems. The anticipated requirement includes demolition of the existing AVBCS and design and installation of a replacement system supporting active vehicle barriers. Work is expected to include associated civil/site work, reinforced concrete, drainage, utilities, electrical power, communications and security-system integration, paving, roadway/traffic-control measures, testing, commissioning, endurance testing, training, operation and maintenance data, and closeout. East Gate operations are expected to remain functional during construction except for approved and scheduled testing periods. See attached file.
