Description: Riverside Community College District seeks a qualified progressive design-build entity for the Corona Education Center, a planned Norco College extension on a 9.6-acre site at 813-839 North Main Street in Corona. The project is preliminarily planned as a three-story, 70,000 GSF / 47,000 ASF hub for academic support and student services. The center is envisioned as a self-contained academic hub providing a complete student pathway, with support from the main campus.
