EAC Swimming Pool and Gil Ethier Community & Athletic Center - Pool Maintenance, Inspection, and Repair Services RFP

Description: The contractor shall provide monthly and yearly preventative maintenance, inspection, and as-needed emergency repair services for two municipal swimming pools over the contract duration. Mandatory services include servicing chemical feed controllers and pumps, inspecting and cleaning filtration systems, verifying auto-water level controls, testing flow meters and pressure gauges, and maintaining proper water chemistry according to state health standards. Emergency and repair work encompasses replacing broken piping brackets, repair or replacement of starting blocks, diving boards, fill spouts, pool vacuum equipment, and pool lifts, as well as performing pool surface acid washing.
