Planner (Request For Proposal)

Description: Land Use Board Planner shall: a. At the request of the Land Use Board review development applications and plans and drawings that are submitted with those applications and prepare a written report to the Land Use Board on the compatibility or incompatibility of the proposed development with the goals and objectives of the Master Plan of the Township. b. Attend meetings of the Land Use Board. Offer expert testimony during the public hearing, if requested by the Land Use Board and if necessary, assist the Board in its deliberative and decision-making functions. c. Assist the Board Solicitor in any litigation or potential litigation in which the Land Use Board is a named-party or could be named as a party. See attached file.
