Provide qualified multidisciplinary engineering consulting firms specialized in dams to provide professional engineering, geotechnical, environmental, hydraulic, structural, dam safety, and economic evaluation services for the conn dam stability assessment, spillway improvements, and long-term reservoir expansion feasibility study; selected consultant shall provide comprehensive engineering services to support regulatory compliance with the California division of safety of dams (dsod), assist the city in advancing federally authorized flood risk reduction studies through the u. S. Army corps of engineers (usace), evaluate long-term improvements to increase water supply reliability, and prepare the technical basis for future environmental review, design, permitting, and construction. .
Engineering and design services for the decommissioning of Lady Marian Dam, including repair or replacement of the failed spillway to convert the dam to a dry impoundment.
Provide qualified contractors; potential projects could involve: building - general renovations; electrical - building and site; HVAC plumbing - building and site roofing painting - building interior and exterior flooring asphalt concrete pavement grinding and paving concrete - i.e Sidewalk, curb and gutter, curb ramps, cross gutters, etc. Masonry - i.e. block walls, retaining walls, etc. water system - i.e.main distribution pipes, services, valves, fire hydrants, etc. Sewer system - i.e main pipes, laterals, manholes, etc. Drainage system - i.e main pipes, laterals, catch basins, junction structures, etc; pipe rehabilitation - i.e. pipe lining
