The work consists of the design and construction of an open-sided steel-frame market pavilion, approx. 62 by 85 F, at 709–717 Monmouth Street. It includes structural engineering, foundations, steel framing, a standing-seam metal roof, and subgrade fill and grading within the footprint. Restroom and storage buildings, mechanical, electrical and plumbing work, and concrete flatwork are excluded.
