On-call Plumbing Services for City Facilities (Request for proposal)

Description: Seeking sealed Proposals from qualified contractors to provide maintenance, repair and installation services for plumbing equipment at various City-owned or leased facilities and parks on an “as needed” basis, through the issuance of Executed Task Orders. The City wishes to award individual time-and-material contracts to up to two (2) sucessful offerors for durations up to five (5) years.
