Description: The IFB seeks qualified suppliers to dispose of biosolids generated by the SFO Mel Leong Treatment Plant at designated landfills, including transportation and regulatory compliance. Bidders must have at least one year of recurring landfill-delivery experience, establish a material profile with the landfill, and propose landfill sites within 100 driving miles with route maps. The initial contract term is five years, with two additional one-year options at the City's discretion.
