Description: The U.S. Army’s MICC Fort McCoy contracting office is seeking a contractor for flooring repairs at Fort McCoy, Wisconsin, under an IDIQ for FY2027–FY2030. The contractor must provide the labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, and supervision necessary to perform the work in accordance with the specifications and contract documents. This is a total small-business set-aside, and offers are due November 13, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. Central time.

The work covered by this contract consists of furnishing all plant, labor, materials and performing all operations required in connection with removal / installation of floor covering, complete in strict accordance with specifications subject to the terms and conditions of the contract and as ordered by the contracting officer. This is a delivery order style contract in which individual delivery orders will be issued for a specific quantity of work to be performed in specific building(s), to be completed in a specific amount of time. All work performed on individual delivery orders will be iaw these specifications. The work includes, but is not necessarily restricted to, the following items: remove existing flooring. Install new carpet, resilient flooring, ceramic tile, rubber and/or special epoxy coating flooring. See attached file.

The Texas Department of Public Safety is seeking licensed psychologists to perform pre‑employment, reinstatement, and retire/re‑hire psychological evaluations on an as‑needed basis. The open enrollment period begins on December 17, 2025 and remains open until July 30, 2030, with the contract term ending August 31, 2030. Evaluations will be conducted remotely via HIPAA‑compliant videoconferencing and require a Texas psychology license, appropriate experience, insurance, and the completion of required documentation and assessment instruments.

Work is planned at Yokosuka Naval Base, Japan, with an anticipated performance period of June 1, 2027, through May 31, 2032. The RFP is expected on or about November 4, 2026, and eligible offerors must be authorized to operate in Japan and hold a current Navy Master Ship Repair Agreement or Agreement for Boat Repair.
