NYSERDA offers financial incentives for installing cold-climate air-source and ground-source heat pumps in eligible new residential construction projects under 50,000 square feet. Eligible projects include single-family and small homes as well as low- and mid-scale multifamily buildings across New York State. Projects must fully electrify space conditioning without fossil-fuel backup, and applications are accepted on a rolling basis until the deadline or until the allocated budget is committed.
