Description: Perform a tenant improvement involving remodel of existing interior spaces in the Crew Area, The existing Kitchenette, Mudroom, and Toilet Room will be demolished as shown on these plans and as required to complete the new work, A new Kitchenette and Toilet Room with Shower Room will be provided per the Plans and Specifications, The existing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems will be modified as required to accommodate the new plan, equipment, and appliances. All MEP work is Bidder Designed based on these Plans and Specifications and will comply with all Codes, An existing roof beam shall be demolished and replaced with a larger beam per the Plans.
