Citywide General Construction Job Order Contracting (Request for Qualification)
Provide construction services, minor design, construction and/or maintenance, and obtain permits if needed from the appropriate city departments including, but not limited to: general building/site construction;' interior and exterior remodeling ; building additions and expansions; new building construction; re-roofing and roof repairs; hvac installation and upgrades; site enhancements and improvements (landscaping, hardscaping, drainage, etc. ); painting and finishing; miscellaneous building improvements; plumbing modifications or installations; ada/accessibility upgrades; concrete work (slabs, sidewalks, curbs, foundations).
