The Village is seeking sealed bids for a public-works contract to improve the retaining wall at Nannahagan Brook, including associated site and right-of-way work. The planned work replaces portions of the failing stone and masonry wall with precast-concrete gravity walls, upgrades brook-crossing utilities, and includes limited Lake Street resurfacing and related sidewalk and curb improvements. The project is intended to reduce wall and roadway failure and utility-damage risks, with work anticipated over approximately December 1, 2026–December 1, 2027.
