Description: The Borough is seeking a qualified development partner to acquire and redevelop the 36-acre brownfield at 889 New Haven Road as a modern light-industrial or commercial complex. Proposals may cover the full property or designated parcels and must be for commercial, light industrial, or retail uses; residential development is not permitted. The Borough will lead environmental remediation, supported by $4.2 million in state grants, with the developer’s construction and site design integrated into the final engineered environmental cap.
