Design-Build Services – STM Security Fencing - North Boundary

Description: The National Laboratory of the Rockies is soliciting a small-business design-build contractor to design and install new perimeter security fencing along the north boundary of its South Table Mountain campus in Golden, Colorado, including removal of designated existing chain-link sections. The work includes 50% and 90% design reviews, a 100% issued-for-construction package, construction, utility locating, environmental protections, and coordination with the State Historic Preservation Office. The contractor must follow NLR and DOE safety, security, design, and environmental requirements, use Procore for project documentation, and deliver as-built and turnover materials.
