Derelict Vessel Removal Service Continuing Contract (Disaster)

Description: The City is seeking a continuing service agreement to remove and dispose of vessels designated derelict or abandoned by local law enforcement, including personal watercraft, airboats, barges, boats, and floating docks. Work may include temporary stabilization, towing, lifting, transportation, authorized storage, destruction, recycling, lawful disposal, and pollutant containment and disposal. The contract is intended to address vessel removals particularly following hurricanes, with work authorized through City work orders.
