Corridor Safety Improvements for Bellmead Drive and Concord Road

Description: The City of Bellmead is seeking qualifications from an engineering firm or multidisciplinary team to provide professional services for corridor safety improvements along Bellmead Drive (US Highway 84) and Concord Road. The funded base phase includes project management, surveys, traffic and crash analysis, safety-alternative evaluation, environmental support, public engagement, and preliminary engineering, with optional final-design and construction-services phases. The work is funded in part through the FY2024 Safe Streets and Roads for All Implementation Grant, but this solicitation is an RFQ for professional engineering services rather than a grant program.
