Collegewide Snow and Ice Removal RFP

Description: Delaware Technical & Community College seeks one or more vendors to provide comprehensive snow and ice removal at its campuses and associated properties across Delaware. Services include plowing, shoveling, salting, and ice-melt application on parking lots, sidewalks, entrances, fire lanes, and other designated surfaces, with continuous-accessibility and damage-responsibility requirements. The procurement provides for a three-year base term with up to three one-year extensions and includes seasonal labor, equipment, materials, communication, site walkthroughs, and post-season reporting.
