Description: The solicitation seeks a secure, cloud-based mentoring platform to support structured, scalable, and measurable mentoring initiatives for the Oklahoma State Department of Health. The platform will support staff and supervisor onboarding, discipline-specific groups, internships, and programs for provisionally employed professionals requiring supervision, as well as registration, matching, communications, reminders, resource management, and surveys.
