Claims Service Provider (Property & Casualty) (Request For Proposal)

Description: Project consists of comprehensive third-party claims administration services for property and casualty lines on behalf of a municipal joint insurance fund. The selected service provider will establish formal reporting procedures—including 24/7 emergency lines—and manage the complete lifecycle of all reported losses, adjustments, investigations, and settlements within defined authority limits. Core administrative duties include setting and updating claim reserves, coordinating with legal counsel and excess reinsurers on litigated or high-value claims, processing check and voucher disbursements, and executing data integration alongside detailed monthly financial and loss-run reporting. Additionally, the provider must apply mandated cost-containment programs and submit an annual Service Organization Control (SOC) report.
