Description: The City of Spokane Solid Waste Disposal Waste To Energy Department seeks a Chemical Management Program and treatment chemicals for boiler and component-cooling-water systems, plus laboratory reagents for water testing and associated tank and feed-pump systems. Proposers must have at least five years of experience providing chemical-management programs for high-pressure boilers above 900 psig. That experience must align with the specified ASME practices for boiler-water chemistry and ABMA boiler-water quality and steam-quality requirements for ICI boilers.

The University of Alberta seeks proposals to design and implement a chemical treatment program for the condenser-water system at its Cooling Plant On Campus (CPOC). The plant supplies chilled water to the North Campus using five 2,000-ton centrifugal chillers and five cooling towers. The proposed water-treatment system will serve a condenser-water system with a volume of 95 cubic metres (25,000 US gallons).
