Procure of Item 11 Debris Disposal. This includes disposal of debris in the participating Member municipalities that perform their own street sweeping and catch basin cleaning programs and separately stockpile the material at a Town facility. The Contractor is expected to haul and dispose of stockpiled street sweepings collected during spring and fall sweeps, and at other times as necessary. Catch basin cleanings may be conducted continuously through the year and the Contractor is expected to haul and dispose of stockpiled catch basin cleanings at times as directed by the Town.
