Open End - Guardrail Upgrades, New Castle County, FY27-FY29 (Request for Proposal)

Description: Work consist of furnishing all labor and materials for this open-end contract which will be utilized to repair damaged guardrail, including its components, impact attenuators, and end treatments. The work shall include, but not be limited to, the maintenance of traffic; the removal of damaged guardrail, including its components, impact attenuators, and end treatments; the repair/replacement of damaged guardrail; and the placement of topsoil, seed, mulch and borrow, as required. Description: 19 CY of excavation and embankment; 24 CY of test hole; 25 CY of borrow, type c; 25 SY of removal of PCC pavement, curb, and sidewalk; 802 LF of removal of guardrail and fence.
