Audio/Visual Production Services for Main Library Grand Opening Events

Description: Charlotte Mecklenburg Library is seeking an audio-visual production partner for five events during the New Main Library grand opening week, April 26–May 1, 2027. The work includes planning the events, preparing production plans, installing and testing equipment, and providing qualified technicians for rehearsals and events. The final scope will be developed collaboratively after award, and library-owned equipment should be used when practical, compatible, and cost-effective.
