AOI 27-A002 Commercial Technology Accelerator
NIWC Atlantic seeks a prototype demonstrating a repeatable, measurable, and scalable process for accelerating emerging commercial technologies toward Department of War adoption decisions. The process should identify commercially successful technologies, validate defense demand, assess secure use, and help vendors navigate acquisition, licensing, pricing, and business requirements. The effort addresses barriers that currently slow adoption, increase administrative burdens, and reduce government buying power.
