Prequalification for General, Mechanical, and Electrical Contractors
Mount Royal University (“MRU”) is renewing its lists of prequalified general, mechanical, and electrical contractors to provide construction, renovation, maintenance, and repair services on an as-required basis across its Lincoln Park and Springbank campuses. The prequalified lists will support projects of varying size and complexity, including service calls, urgent repairs, minor renovations, and larger capital projects. MRU intends to establish prequalified contractor lists for General, Mechanical, and Electrical Contractors, including a separate General Contractor list specifically for projects with estimated values under $200,000, with up to five (5) contractors prequalified for each list at MRU’s sole discretion.
